Symbaloo is now open for public but still under development. By opening Symbaloo we hope to get a lot of user feedback.

Well, actually we'll never stop developing Symbaloo to the next level. Some day the 'beta' sign will disappear but we'll keep on improving Symbaloo.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. This has to do with the security of the browser, otherwise viruses and spyware could have easy access to your computer. Symbaloo is completely safe by the way.

At this very moment, Symbaloo is unfortunately not available for mobile devices. We aim to offer you a mobile version as soon as possible. When it's there, we will let you know on Symbaloo.com and Symbaloo's newsletter.

I have a problem!

If I start Symbaloo, I don’t get my own configured Symbaloo! Why is that?
For using Symbaloo without an account your browser needs to store cookies. In case your desktop is erased every time you visit Symbaloo, your cookies may not be saved automatically. You can check this in your browser's security preferences. A better solution is to create a Symbaloo account by which you'll have access to your Symbaloo desktop on any computer.
I’ve made an account but I don’t receive a verification mail.
At first we suggest to check your junkmail folder. If the mail is not there, just send an email to feedback@symbaloo.com and we try to verify your account manually. From then on you can stay logged in to Symbaloo.
I use IE7. How can I make sure that I get a new tab instead of a new window?
With a fresh new installation of Internet Explorer 7 you need to change some settings in order to get Symbaloo search queries in a new tab instead of a new window. Go to Tools / Options, look for Tabs and click on Settings. Change the Pop-up setting: choose "Open pop-ups always in a new tab".
I’ve deleted the google icon, how can I get it back?
You can get the Google icon by clicking on an empty square and going to the tab 'Search modules'. Click on the green category and click on 'Search'. Now you’ve got the Google module back, the one to Google directly from Symbaloo!
The weather widget can’t find my place of residence!
The current weather provider doesn’t contain all places. Soon we hope to having a substitute that offers more places.
What should I do if Symbaloo doesn't seem to work properly?
